Seed wax emulsion can be used as a water repellent for plant leaves, mainly due to fertilizers and pesticides will flow away if they are quickly dissolved in water and lose their efficacy. After spraying wax emulsion, it can effectively prolong the efficacy, fertilizer retention time, and extend the time interval of spraying and fertilizing again. During the use, it is generally the diluted emulsified wax wrapped, covered with pesticides, fertilizers, after drying, the surface is covered with a layer of not particularly dense waterproof wax. As rain, dew and other water infiltrate pesticides and fertilizers, they will slowly dissolve and release in unwaxed pores.
During the coating process, the wax particles migrate to the surface of the coating to form a thin layer of protection, improve the tack-free speed of the coating, and reduce the block and damage between the seeds in the process of drying film. The hardness, slip and friction resistance of the film forming agent are obviously improved with the addition of the wax emulsion, and the abrasion resistance, fluidity and seed suitability are improved. At the same time, the brightness and brilliancy of the coating are also improved.
