Yang Weining, born in 1970, graduated from the polymer chemical engineering major of the polymer department of Beijing Institute of Chemical Technology. He has worked in enterprises like Qingdao Double Star Group, Nike Samho Company, and the fine chemical factory of Beijing University of Chemical Technology. In 2002, he founded Longkou Yijiu New Material Technology Co., Ltd., which was renamed Longkou Yijiu Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. in 2010.
His R & D team put forward the concept of water-based processing of oligomers and studied its regularity. They focus on the water-based processing of alkane oligomers, fatty acid derivatives, bio-based oligomers, and organosilicon oligomers, achieving control methods and completing industrialization research.
Besides innovation, Yang Weining is also involved in social welfare. Elected as a deputy to the Longkou Municipal People's Congress, he contributes to social development and environmental protection.
