  • The application of wax emulsion with high melting point and good lubricity in the top coating of thermal paper can make the thermal paper maintain good lubricity at high temperature, avoid the phenomenon of sticky head in the long-term printing process, and reduce excessive wear of the print head. Ensure the continuity of printing, while improving the scratch resistance and three resistance of the thermal paper coating, does not affect the color rendering effect and post-processing performance, extend the storage life of thermal paper. Polar wax additives play the role of sensitizer in the color layer of thermal sensitive paper
  • Emulsified wax can effectively improve the phenomenon of sticking and dropping paper powder in the production of paper products, improve the softness and slipperiness of paper fiber, reduce the friction between the paper web and the surface of the dryer, and give paper products special brightness. OPE wax emulsion is a cost-effective spray cylinder stripping agent.
  • Polyethylene wax emulsion enhances decorative paper coatings with lasting smoothness, brightness, wear, and scratch resistance. Paraffin emulsion acts as a cost-effective hydrophobic agent, and silicone emulsions provide superior lubrication.
  • In decorative paper coating such as wallpaper, straw paper, imitation paper, polyethylene wax emulsion can provide lasting slipperiness, brightness, abrasion resistance and scratch resistance. Paraffin emulsion has good anti-block and is a cost-effective hydrophobic agent. Silicone emulsions provide the strongest lubrication.
  • In express sealing, heat transfer release paper and other applications, emulsified wax can be used as a mild release and peel force regulator, and has printability. Improve the heat resistance, oil resistance and hydrophobicity of molded pulp products, and improve the release property of molded products. Reduce picking and linting.

Product Selection Guide

  • According to the coating's surface friction coefficient requirements, surface energy requirements, anti-abrasion requirements, gloss and transparency requirements and other functional requirements, choose different kinds of water-based wax products (wax hardness, polarity, melting point, particle size).
  • Considering the compatibility requirements of the system, it is generally necessary to consider the ionic form, solvent resistance, pH, viscosity and other factors of the emulsion system.
