Water-based Glass Fiber Sizing
     Water-based glass fiber sizing has effects of increasing slip and coupling:
  •  In the process of glass fiber drawing, it is coated on the surface of glass fiber to lubricate the surface of glass fiber,prevent lousiness and fly wire, and integrate hundreds or even thousands of glass fiber monofilaments into a bundle, which can also change the surface state of glass fiber.It can meet the requirements of the processing performance of the glass fiber strand after the process, and promote the combination of the glass fiber and the reinforced polymer in the composite material.

Product Selection Guide

  • According to the coating's surface friction coefficient requirements, surface energy requirements, anti-abrasion requirements, gloss and transparency requirements and other functional requirements, choose different kinds of water-based wax products (wax hardness, polarity, melting point, particle size).
  • Considering the compatibility requirements of the system, it is generally necessary to consider the ionic form, solvent resistance, pH, viscosity and other factors of the emulsion system
