Product Characteristics
PE-820B is a wax microdispersion specially developed for water-based systems, and it can significantly improve the surface properties of systems and enhance the coating performance in the abrasion resistance, slipperiness and block resistance. It has little effect on the gloss of the coating.

Water-based varnish, water-based buffing oil, water-based over-printing varnish, etc.

Performance and Features
1. The product is made from ultra-hard synthetic wax and other high performance raw and auxiliary materials through unique emulsification equipment and processes.
2. 2-4 µm regular spherical particles and narrow particle size distribution imparts better balance of slipperiness and gloss, and better block resistance.
3. The emulsion possesses good stability, extremely easy dispersion and convenient application.

Precautions
1. It shall be stored in closed packaging, in cool place, and at storage temperature of 0 ~ 30 oC.
2. The shelf life of the product in the original packaging at room temperature is six months.
Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use it completely in a short period of time.
3. To ensure the uniformity of the product, please shake up thoroughly before use.
The stratification may appear occasionally after stored for a period of time, but after mixing, it can be easy homogenized, and it does not affect the use.
