Product Characteristics
This product is a vinyl- and acrylic-based special polymer emulsion nearly free of emulsifiers. After film formation, it possesses excellent adhesion with metals, fiber, plastic, glass and other materials, film hardness and toughness, high adhesion, brightness and water repellency. It can be used as bonding layer and primer for extrusion coating, laminated sheet coating for metal sheet, special paper coating, paper sizing agent, water-based hot melt adhesive coating, non-woven adhesive, etc. It can also be applied in metal antirust, floor polishing and care, and other fields.

Application Scope
It can be used as bonding layer and primer for extrusion coating, laminated sheet coating for metal sheet.
Special paper coating, paper sizing agent, water-based hot melt adhesive coating, non-woven adhesive, etc.
It can be combined with TL-2011 wax emulsion for the floor care and other industries.

Precautions
This product is delivered in 50 kg, 200 kg plastic drum. It shall be stored in sealed and cool place, avoiding light and freezing.
The shelf life of the product in the original packaging at room temperature is six months. Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use it completely in a short period of time.
To ensure the uniformity of the product, please shake up thoroughly before use, and it is advisable to filter before use. Before mixed with resins, solvents, and other substances, please test the suitability in advance, especially take into account of pH. It is generally recommended that wax emulsion be added to the blending process at last. If it is used after dilution in an aqueous system, the pH of the system shall not be less than 8.5. This product has a slight odor, and is non-toxic and non-flammable.
