Product Application

[Use]:

1. It provides oily hand feeling for water-based leather finishing agent.

2. It is the ideal anti-blocking agent for water-based paints (metallic paints, woodenware paints, plastic paints, etc.), water-based coating and water-based inks. Meanwhile, it has certain effects on the water repellency, anti-friction, scratch resistance, gloss improvement, etc.

3. It can impart block resistance effects in the printing paste for the waterproof finishing of textiles.

4. It serves as water repellent, sizing agent, and anti-blocking agent for paper products and so forth, especially in fruit bag paper applications.

[Precautions]:

1. It shall be stored in closed packaging and in cool place. Prevent from freezing.

2. The shelf life of the product in the original packaging at room temperature is six months. Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use it completely in a short period of time.

3. To ensure the uniformity of the product, please shake up thoroughly before use, and it is advisable to filter before use.

4. Before mixed with resins, solvents, and other substances, please test the suitability in advance, especially take into account of pH. It is generally recommended that wax emulsion be added to the blending process at last.

 Storage and transportation

The product is sensitive to temperature and needs to be stored and transported between 5℃-35℃. It should be filtered before use. It is recommended to place it in a closed and cool place and pay attention to anti-freezing.

 Adding method and processing instruction

It is recommended that wax additives be added at the last stage of the water-based coating processing, added slowly, and stirred while adding.
