Product Characteristics
This HDPE wax water micro-dispersion has good transparency, good slipperiness and little influence on the gloss of coating,which can effectively improve the surface protection and after-tack resistance of printing ink, varnish and coating.

USE
1、Water-based varnish, water-based varnish (metal paint, wood paint, plastic paint, etc.) ideal surface protection agent, anti-friction, anti-scratch, anti-adhesion, increase smoothness and gloss. Similar functions are also used in other polish fields such as floor wax.
2、Leather finishing agent, shoe chemical wax, shoe lotion and other products provide anti-friction and anti-scratch, increase the smoothness and gloss, improve the feel and polishing.
3、Textile softener, smoothing agent, increase the wear resistance of the fabric, tear resistance, increase the lubrication during sewing, increase the softness of the fabric feel, and can be used in printing paste.
4、Paper coating lubricant, stripping agent, sizing agent.
5、Water based release agent, can be used in metal die casting and other fields.
6、Matting powder surface organic modifiers, agriculture and other fields.
Storage and transportation
The product is sensitive to temperature and needs to be stored and transported between 5℃-35℃. It should be filtered before use. It is recommended to place it in a closed and cool place and pay attention to anti-freezing.
Adding method and processing instruction
It is recommended that wax additives be added at the last stage of the water-based coating processing, added slowly, and stirred while adding.
