Product Characteristics
V-806A is a wax dispersion developed for water-based systems, which can significantly improve the surface properties of the system, improve the wear resistance, smooth, anti-adhesion and other properties of the coating. Compared with ordinary HDPE wax paste, this product has better dispersion, acid and alkali resistance to hard water, compounding stability, mechanical stability, thermal stability and dilution stability.

Product Characteristics
１、Using extremely hard high density polyethylene wax and other high performance raw and auxiliary materials, unique emulsifying equipment and technology.
２、V-806A wax paste is 2-4μm regular spherical distribution, narrow particle size distribution, so it has better smoothness and luster than ordinary micro-powder wax (irregular flake), and better adhesion resistance.
３、The emulsion has good stability for diluting, easy to disperse, and good stability for compounding with resin, which is convenient for coating, release agent and other industries.
４、High temperature resistance is good, and it has a good protective effect on the coating in the fields of preprinting ink
５、Water-based wood paint has good anti-sticking, anti-scratch.

Adding method and processing instruction
１、The product is sensitive to temperature, needs to be stored and transported between 0℃-30℃. It should be filtered before use. It is recommended to place it in a closed and cool place and pay attention to anti-freezing.
２、The shelf life of the product in the original packaging at room temperature is six months. Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use it completely in a short period of time.
